Online calculator - check the suitability your turtle setup

This online tool calculates the volume of your enclosure, and comments on the suitability of this enclosure for aquatic turtles based on the volume of water it will hold, width and height. If you already have a turtle setup, and want to check how suitable it is, or you are planning a turtle enclosure, this tool will give you a good overview of what is required.


Calculate turtle tank size

Now you should enter the SCL (Straight Carapace Length) of each turtle in this enclosure. This is measured using a ruler above the turtle, and measuring in a straight line from the tip of the shell above the head of the turtle, to the tip of the shell above the tail.
